Labtour: Chemistry lab
Aurelio Morales
Details
At the Chemistry Lab at the BMTI, we will be demonstrating the whole process to fabricate electrophysiological dry electrodes - starting from the design in CAD, 3D-printing, molding, and coating with conductive materials. Additionally, semi-dry electrodes (hydrogels) will also be introduced as an emerging alternative, showing their promising characteristics and versatility. And finally, a brief demonstration and overview of the use of magnetic nanoparticles in biomedical engineering will be presented. |
